At Astro Lankesh, we strive to deliver high-quality astrological guidance, energized products, and spiritual services with the utmost integrity and dedication. Due to the personalized and ritual-based nature of our offerings, we follow a specific refund and cancellation policy, outlined below.

1. No Refund on Personalized Services

All consultations, reports, remedies, and anushthaan/yagya bookings are customized based on individual birth details and planetary analysis. Once booked and processed, these services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or perceived effectiveness.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Astrology consultations (once the slot is confirmed or session is delivered)

• Custom-made yantras or energized products

• Ritual services like yagya, puja, anushthaan, etc.

2. Product Orders

We ensure that all astro products (yantras, vastu tools, kits, etc.) are energized and packed with care before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or credit voucher (no monetary refund).

Note: No replacement will be accepted if:

• The product has been used or altered

• Damage is reported after 48 hours of delivery

• Product was delivered as per order and in perfect condition

3. Order Cancellation

• You can request order cancellation for products (not services) within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been processed or shipped.

• For consultation services, cancellation is not permitted once the date/time has been confirmed or the report has been initiated.

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

In rare cases of system error, double payment, or unavailability of service due to unforeseen circumstances, Astro Lankesh reserves the right to issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
5. Hassle-Free Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days after reviewing the provided video and photo proof of the defective item.
